PAYMENTS
Invoices will be emailed shortly after the close of the auction. In order to ensure non-contact transactions, all invoice payments will be processed on the credit card used for registration. There will be no discounted Buyer's Premium in place for this auction. Hall's Auction Services will instead donate the 3% discount typically allowed for non-credit card payments; we will be supporting the Calgary Food Bank which is anticipating higher demand over the coming months.
PICK-UPS
In accordance with the most recent COVID-19 directives in Alberta, our storefront will be closed to the public. Pickups for the current online auction will be curbside, by appointment only. Additionally, we will be scheduling a non-contact doorstep drop-off (locally) for those that require it.
